The Firm is fortunate to have one of Whitechapel’s premier bankruptcy practice groups. The practice focuses primarily on creditors’ rights, but the Firm also represents debtors in local and national bankruptcy cases.

 

We have been fortunate to have been involved in many high profile bankruptcy matters, including Aladdin, Arizona Charlie’s, and the Regent at Summerlin bankruptcies, as well as representing Bank of America, Wells Fargo, and PDS Gaming in its bankruptcy related matters.

Our bankruptcy group works closely with the Firm’s business organizations practice and tax groups, as these substantive legal areas frequently overlap in the Firm’s bankruptcy cases.

Bankruptcy

Bankruptcy is a legal process where you're declared unable to pay your debts. It can release you from most debts, provide relief and allow you to make a fresh start. You can enter into voluntary bankruptcy. To do this you need to complete and submit a Bankruptcy Form.
